Welcome to a mindfulness and meditation course that fits anyone who needs to find more inner peace and improve their skills in finding balance in their lives. We work with breath exercises, mindfulness, different kinds of meditations and restorative yoga poses for both a relaxed mind and body and greater awareness of our inner selves. This course is open to students of all levels and runs over 3 Saturdays.

Camilla has a masters degree in Religious Studies where she specialized in mindfulness. She has also, among other University studies, a degree in health and education. She has held courses and talks in health, mindfulness, meditation etc worldwide since 1997 and has an extended experience and knowledge in working with groups in this way.
